ARC 3: Climbing Executive Function Mountain

Build practical systems. Move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • Clear, evidence-based executive function skills that are designed to combat the feeling of being capable yet stuck.
  • Explore key challenges including time management, working memory, planning, prioritising, organisation, task initiation, sustained attention and goal-directed persistence.
  • Combine practical psychoeducation with structured discussion, reflection and real-world experimentation each week.
  • Learn a flexible framework for change adapting environments, adjusting tasks, using tools or technology and seeking support where needed.
  • Apply strategies between sessions so new approaches become embedded in everyday routines.
  • Leave with personalised systems that support your executive function strengths and vulnerabilities, helping you move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.
